Order Collection Terms & Conditions

By placing an order with The Mill Coffee Shop, you agree to the following terms:

1. Collection Responsibility

All orders must be collected on the date and time chosen at checkout. As all products are made fresh to order, we cannot offer refunds for late or missed collections.

2. Uncollected Orders

If your order is not collected on the selected day, it will be held for up to 3 days. After this period, the order will be disposed of, and no refund or replacement will be provided, as the item(s) will have been freshly prepared specifically for you.

3. Freshness Guarantee

Our bakes are made fresh. Collecting your order late may affect the quality and freshness, and The Mill Coffee Shop cannot take responsibility for reduced freshness due to delayed collection.

Please check the allergen details listed on each individual product before placing your order. All of our cakes and bakes are prepared in a kitchen that handles gluten, milk, eggs, nuts, and soy, so we cannot guarantee they are free from trace allergens.
